Boxelder Basin Regional Stormwater Authority Annual Stormwater Fees for Residential Structures

Single Family Residence*

Mobile Home in Park
- $49.50
Mobile Home on Individual Lot
- $56.10
Duplex
- $66.00 per unit
Apartment/Condominium Complex
- $66.00 per unit
* Includes properties classified as agricultural by County Assessor but having single family residential use
Commerial properties are billed based on the impervious squarte footage of the property.
Payments are due within 30 days of assessed fee.
- Fees are typically assessed around the 15th of each February.
- A $15.00 late fee will be assessed if the payment is received more than 30 days past the due date.
Statements are mailed and emailed to the contact ifnromation listed on your account.
Online Payment
Online payments can be made with a credit/debit card or by eCheck (ACH) using a bank routing and account number. Payment can be made as a one-time payment or a scheduled recurring payment. To access your online account please click the link to the right to access the resident portal.
Mail a Check
To mail a check to the Authority please remit your check to the following address. Please don’t forget to reference your account number and property address on the check.

Bill pay through your bank
You can setup online bill pay through your own bank. Please setup your payments to be payable to Boxelder Basin Regional Stormwater Authority and have them include the property address and your account number. Don’t forget to update this with your bank if assessment rates change. Please mail the checks to the following address:
